Firmware update dont work

The Mediaserver in my nas542 dont work. so i wanted to do a firmwareupdate. but the nas himselve cant conect to the server and i dont find any firmware for updating manually. can anyone help?
Firmware on Nas are V5.20(ABAG.1)
