NR7101 adaption to nebula don't work

Hi,

I have 7 NR7101 mobile routers and 6 adopted seamlessly

1 i have bought 2 months earlier and i cant get that one adopted when i trie ta add the mac with the serial.

there is no nebula sticker on it.

Hi @Mennens ,

The Nebula platform just manages the Nebula supported device. In case you have one NR7101 without Nebula sticker (non Nebula version), please contact to your reseller to return it and get a Nebula supported NR7101.

so the only way is to switch the device for anoter type if i understand correctly ?

Yes, please switch the non Nebula NR7101 for a Nebula NR7101.
