Hi guys,

Could you kindly respond whether all in this thread reported issues of the ABWD.0 are gone with 5.36 ABWD.1 patch? Or have the VPN issues only been replaced by other new problems?

Well, since I cannot confirm that our FLEX200 specifically crashed because of this bug I will just say: Same config, same usage pattern: up for 5 days now.

First some VPN connections stopped working (one certificate was no longer recognised), then on remote reboot it reset itself to factory config.

So no, I didn't find any new bugs.

My Flex 700s are running since 5 days and didn't have any issue so far.

Our flex 200 no longer send emails for the two factor auth since the 5.36 ABWD.0 and ABWD.1 works fine on 5.35.

Is their going to be another patch ?

After testing it will not send from the "Mail Server" in notification setting, so vpn notifications no longer work and Email Daily Report.

However if you Send logs from "View log" in Monitor settings which is taking the settings from "Email Server 1" from Log Setting that email comes through.

These have the same setting in both so I presume since the update its no longer getting the "Mail Server" setting correctly.

Hi smkjones,

I've tested 2FA emails on SSL VPNs using a Flex 200 and it works as expected, firmware 5.36 ABWD.1. Didn't work using the previous firmware

I know that It's not very helpful but I gave it a try

Our problem persists. We still have packet loss, RDP connections have great difficulty maintaining the connection. We have momentary losses of 3-5 seconds.

are you having this issue since the beginnig or is it something related to the latest firmware ?
