    Hi, same issue here, ATP500 with v5.36.
    @Zyxel_Cooldia is it possible to have a test firmware to resolve this issue?
    Or do we have to downgrade to a CVE affected version (like 5.32 / 5.35)?

    Since the upgrade, I need to reboot the firewall every 4 hours.

    Has already been turned out which special configuration is responsible for the issue? Our USG Flex 700, configured with 15 SSL VPN Users, is still running fine without problems or permanent reboots, but we are concerned nevertheless.

    Hi USG_User,

    It may mostly depends on how many simultaneous users are connecting to the firewall via SSL VPNs and 2FA usage. I've also have a Flex 700 with 23 ssl vpn users configured and very few of them (no more than 3) connecting simultaneously that works fine with 5.36. The affected Flex 700s are having heavy ssl VPNs usage

    Thanks a lot Agor. Indeed, normally not more than 3 streetworkers are connecting simultaneously to our Flex700.

    Hi @Zyxel_Cooldia ,

    I have the same problems with an USGflex 100 (ABUH). The weekle Update vom 2023-04-28 doesn't fix the problem. Where can in I download the version ITS-23WK17-0504-230401495D / 2023-05-04 10:35:09 for USGflex 100?

    Hi,

    We've been having the same issue on 2 VPN100 devices since the upgrade. The devices seem to work reasonably well for people on the lan but all of our l2tp vpn connections and p2p connections stop functioning after about 24 hours. Rebooting the devices resolves the issue.

    We're considering downgrading all of our devices today.

  • I got the new Firmware from @Zyxel_Cooldia
    Installed it yesterday morning and so far no issues at all.

    @Zyxel: Is it planned to release a new official update soon? Or should all affected customers ask for the ITS lab version now?

    FLEX/ATP series : 05/10 (Nebula)

    USG FLEX series : 05/11 (on premise)

    ATP/VPN series : 05/12 (on premise)
