Can't apply new password

Hi,
When I try to login for the first time to my ZyXEL NAS326 I use the admin, 1234 login and I'm asked to give a new password within a minute.
I enter a password, in bith fields but when I push the "Apply" button nothing happens att all, and then the counter runs down and I'm thrown back into the login window, where I cannot use the new password.
I have tried resetting my device to factory setting, and using several different browsers with clear cache, to no avail.
How can I proceed from here?

[Solved]
Some browsing lead me to find issue being that my password contained special charachters which apparantly where not accepted despite me not getting an error message on the password.
Would be great if this information was given on the page…0
