Why my 5G speed goes that slow?

hey everyone, like you can see in the screenshots, my connection goes from 250mbps to this… in a night, and I didn’t touch anything in the morning I tried to watch an video on YouTube like usual it’s goes to 2K/4K by it own but it was like 480p when I tried the speed it was 10mbps…

I will take and appreciate any helps from y’all !
