WSQ50 consent web access interface to manage it?

message on web interface: Multy's Parental Control is active, the Internet is blocked. It is believed that if I have encountered an error, ask the administrator to unblock you.

I've done setup via app, and the app can't disable parental control, I can edit profiles, but the message doesn't change!

    It seems that you are attempting to use a blocked device to unblock other devices on the Multy app. To resolve this, I suggest using a different mobile device to log in to your Multy account and unblock your phone.
