device registered by another user

after I entered the s/n and the mac address it tells me that it is registered by another user.
How can I do?

Dear @Mirko_Agnetti,

To re-register the device, and you have the device, please follow the steps below:

Log in to the Web GUI
Choose "Configuration" > "Licensing" > "Registration"
Click the URL and follow the instructions to complete the registration

Remember to click the URL by the steps above; the URL only worked when you follow the steps, but not working in any other ways.
