I just want to make sure I am not missing this, but is there still no way (Even with the MSP license that I have) to schedule a patch/update for all orgs/sites at one time?

You can schedule device firmware upgrades for all orgs/sites at one time. Please refer to this FAQ for more information.

Isn't this just for one org and the sites under it? If so, that is not what I need.
