Once Cloud-Saving Mode is activated, all monitoring data will not be collected and stored on the backend platform. Therefore, Zyxel support cannot provide this information. Previous records cannot be restored even if the organization is upgraded to Nebula Professional (Pro or Plus) as it won't exist on the backend.
However, certain information like Gateway WAN IP status, Gateway Interface status, Gateway VPN connection, and event logs for Gateway, Switch, and Access point will still be available.
