How to adjust the current Nebula device location?

Scenario: You've added a device to the site, but it consistently appears in a location that is far from your actual location. You're wondering why this is happening and how you can adjust the current Nebula device location.
Reason: Nebula devices determine their location on the map using the public IP address provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This IP-based location may not always correspond to your physical location.
Solution: To correct the device's location, you can manually drag and drop the device icon to your desired location or put your address for your device's configuration.
Method 1: Drag and drop the device icon.
Go to Devices > Access points > Choose AP > Map > drag and drop the device icon to your desired location.
The device location updated with the message.
Method 2: Put your address for your device's configuration.
Go to Devices > Access points > Choose AP > Edit configuration > Address > Put your address here.
The device location updated with the message.
Regards,
Judy
