Devices logged into Multy X app

Hi, a colleague and I were managing our Multy X app and devices. We both logged in the apps using the same Zyxel Cloud account. Recently, I have changed the password but she told me that she is still logged in. I did not find the list of logged in devices using a Zyxel cloud account.

My questions are that:

1. Is it true that devices logged into Multy X app do not sign out after the Zyxel Cloud password change?

2. Is it possible to see the list of logged in devices to Multy X app using my Zyxel Cloud account?

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, after changing the password, the account does not automatically log out.
Additionally, we do not currently have a list that displays connected devices in the zyxel cloud account.
We'll evaluate if can enhance the process.
