Postman is not connecting

When we try to send a Get request as refered in the configuration documentaiont for the cloud managed router, it returns :

"message": "404 Not Found: The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.", "status": 404}

we followed all the steps in the documentation nevertheless we could not access the device.

when we add the extension "/organizations" to the URL, it returns : { "detail": "Unauthorized"}.

What would be the problem

    What kind of device do you use?

    Do you have trouble in connecting to Nebula cloud service?

    Can you screen shot the error message?

    Could you share the URL you tried to use?

    Please reply in the private message that I sent, and help to enable Zyxel support for me to check the organization status.
    Please go to Help (On the top of right) > Support Request > Zyxel support Access to enable and save.
