Is it possible to install VPN on the NR7101?

Pretty sure my mobile provider is throttling my speeds, I bought the sim off them purely for data at home in place of my broadband line.

Now my speeds are terrible on the NR7101, my data speeds on my phone are now a lot faster than they are on the NR7101.

What else could be causing the slow speeds on the NR7101?

Question 1: Is the speed on the NR7101 constantly slow or is the speed slow intermittently (good for several days, bad for several days, and then good for several days)?

Question 2: what's the speed when you say it's slow, like 50 Mbps?

Question 3: when the NR7101 shows slow speed, is the speed a lot better when you immediately switch the same SIM card to your mobile phone?

Question 4: do you disable bands on Cellular Band page? Can you share a full screenshot of Cellular WAN Status page when the NR7101 is slow?
