Can I transfer the license due to the HA Pro?

If the license is an add-on license, you can transfer the license by yourself. Please follow the steps in this post:

For the bundle license, and you want to transfer the license due to the HA Pro, you can contact us with the information below:

1. Your Zyxel.com account
2. MAC and the Serial Number of the Master(Active) device
3. MAC and the Serial Number of the Slave(Passive) device

And to minimize the misunderstanding, please note the license is transferred from one device to another device.

For example:

From 11:22:33:44:55:66 to 66:55:44:33:22:11

Once we receive the requirements, we will help you to transfer the license ASAP.
