Can I transfer the license due to the RMA?

If the license is an add-on license, you can transfer the license by yourself. Please follow the steps in this post:
For the bundle license, and you want to transfer the license due to the RMA, you can contact us with the information below:
- Your Zyxel.com account
- RMA Number
- MAC and the Serial Number of the RMA device
- MAC and the Serial Number of the Replaced device
And to minimize the misunderstanding, please note the license is transferred from one device to another device.
For example:
From 11:22:33:44:55:66 to 66:55:44:33:22:11
Once we receive the requirements, we will help you to transfer the license ASAP.
