Unable to delete some files

In a Nas 326 I have a folder with some files that I cannot delete in any way. They are files created years ago by a now defunct PC and every time I try to delete them the message "requires authorization from [nas name]/admin" appears. I try both from Windows and from the file browser inside the NAS, but I can't delete them, I can only modify them. Do you have any ideas? Thank you.

Sorry but I can log into linux as superuser but I don't know where the folder is. If it were Windows ok, but I've never used Linux. Thanks.

Using WinSCP you'll have a graphical interface. The shares are located in /i-data/<some-hex-code>/ when it's an internal disk, and in /e-data/<some-even-longer-hexcode>/ when it's an external disk.

I found the files to delete but when I delete them I get "error 3 permission denied". If it helps, these files were in a dropbox folder.

Yes, use Winscp, it would be more easier to do it.0
