What occurs if all DCS manual channels are included in the blacklist?

If you enable the Blacklist DFS channels in the presence of radar option, and all of your AP's DCS manual channels are now only those blacklisted DFS channels, the AP will not shut down the radio. Instead, it will select another available channel that is not blacklisted.
