Answer:
To view the current channel and channel load of an Access Point (AP) managed by an AP controller:

  1. Logging into your controller's web GUI
  2. Navigate to the Monitor » Wireless » AP Information from the left sidebar.
  3. Once there, click on the Radio List tab option.

This tab displays all the relevant information about the AP's radio channels, including the active channel and its load.
