Channels change on their own....It's been over a year and I still see the same issue.
This is ridiculous, I even swapped out from nebula to standalone mode to resolve this but had other issues that made me return back to nebula and now I'm see this again.
I disable DCS and always set my channels manually but yet during a reboot randomly it will select its own channels and DCS is re-enabled.

I didn't change it from manual to DCS, it happens on its own with me knowing. Likely during a network reboot which happens once a week at 2am EST Saturday's unless I manually do it otherwise.
I always set it manually. I don't want DCS.

The issue where the channel was previously set to a fixed manual setting and has been changed to automatically switch to DCS when the AP is in the U.S that experienced the reboot has been addressed.
Could you please confirm if this adjustment has been successfully implemented in your site?
