LTE3316-M604 cannot read SMS!

Hi,

I have a LTE3316-M604 and it has a problem with messages. With firmware 6.0 and 7.0 installed, the router doesn't show any messages on the Cellular SMS section.

I have also tried the version 4.0, it can load messages, but the content of them are empty (see foto).

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Mashroom,

I've tried V2.00(ABMP.4)C0 and V1.00(ABMP.7)C0, both versions show the received SMS correctly.

You may contact Zyxel support team for further troubleshooting.
