This FAQ is going to introduce Zyxel users to download the ZON utility. Below are the steps:

  1. Visit the ZON download page.
  2. Scroll down this page to fill out your contact info and submit. 1.png
  3. Submit success! We will send the download link to your email address. 2.png
  4. Please check your mailbox for an email with the subject “Your Requested ZON Utility.” The download link is in this email. 3.png
  5. If you cannot receive the email, please contact @Zyxel_CSO for help.
