Why did my organization go back to BASE pack?

The transition of the organization to "Base pack" indicates that either one or all of the device's PRO/PLUS pack licenses have expired and were not renewed within the 15-day grace period.

You may go to the "License and inventory" page to review the license status for the corresponding devices, as illustrated in the figure below.
