If your organization has downgraded from a PRO/PLUS pack to a base pack, as the figure below, indicates the license was not renewed within the 15-day grace period.
For license renewal, please consult this link.
Once downgrading to the base pack, Nebula remains accessible and operational.
However, customization of PRO & PLUS pack features becomes unavailable, and certain functionalities such as monitoring, event logs, reports, and Nebula cloud authentication numbers will be impacted. For detailed information, please refer to this link.
Note: Configuration settings for PRO/PLUS features will be stored in the Nebula cloud.
