NAS542 impossible play video streaming

Hello team, I'm facing an issue with Nas542 when I try to play the videos stored on it on my smart TV (philips ambilight) and also on my Android Phone. I've tried several video players such as Kodi and VLC but all of them have the same behaviour: the video starts but after 5-6 mins, it stops and the screen comes back to the list of files.

Or if I move forward, it loads but not starts the play.

The traffic works normally at the beginning, seems like the issue is not belong to a firewall rule or something.

Maybe try with a different extension file?

Anyway, seems there's an intermittent troughtput from the NAS as reported in this picture - why the UL is not stable?

Have you attempted switching to another Ethernet cable?

Trying different ports on the router or switch and using alternative Ethernet cables might improve the situation
