In addition to using the Nebula Control Center, you might also be utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for your Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations. To streamline your process and quickly identify which customers require support or contact, we have incorporated a feature that allows you to add MSP IDs and organization notes.

To access this feature, navigate to: Organization-wide management > Organization settings.

MSP ID: Input an identifier that your MSP can use to track this organization in the customer system. Character limit: 1 ~ 64

Notes: Input customize messages or descriptions for administrators visiting this organization. Character limit: 1 ~ 256
