Update for Multy App Android Version :Fix unreachable to server issue.

Dear Multy App Users,

We wanted to inform you about an issue that has been affecting users of the Android version of the Multy App.

Some users have reported difficulty connecting to the server, and we understand the inconvenience this has caused.

Our team has been actively working on resolving this issue, and we are pleased to announce that a new APK version has been released to address this problem. The APP update may not yet be available on the Google Play Store due to the Store review processes. We plan to update fixed version on Store before end of Feb.

Updating to this new version of the Multy App should resolve the connectivity issue experienced on Android devices.

    still doesnt work. See the recent posts in the forum. People are still struggling with the same issue

    you are not making any effort to solve this problem. i can't connect to my multy u device. all my home internet was connected to this device. i don't know if the multy u device needs a firmware update or an app. please help. otherwise i will throw the devices away and never use zyxel again

    For the past 2 or 3 days, I have seen this sequence of issues:

    • initially, the Multy app was unable to start (would hang)
    • now, Multy app starts ok, but does not find my site.

    Zero changes on my end.

    Are the issues known to Zyxel support folks and being worked on?
