How to block an unknow device from accessing my wifi router

How to block an unknow device from accessing my wifi router, just discovered that there is an unknown device thats connected to my router, how do i block it? I changed the password but it seems as if the divice is still connected.

It appears that your network is currently secured using WPA Personal, which relies only on a password for access. Consequently, anyone who knows your password can gain access to your network.
To ensure that only trusted or authorized clients can connect to your Access Point, you can implement one of the following two secure methods:
- MAC-based Authentication: This method permits only devices with MAC addresses that are included in the Access Point's MAC address list to connect to the Wi-Fi network. For detailed instructions on how to set this up, please consult the relevant FAQ section.
