How can configure an installer account?

Reminder:
Only the ORG owner or someone with delegated privilege could assist for creating an installer account.

Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Organization-wide > Administrators, and click the "+Add" button in the right corner.

2. Complete all the required fields as indicated in the image below, then click on the "+Add" button.

3. Select a particular site and installer for privilege, as shown in the image below.

4. Click on the "Save" button to apply the settings.

The result will be like the figure below.
