Hi @Darren,
It is probably that your device is too old to be deployed using Native mode. Hence, you can only use ZTP mode to deploy. Please use the command "show version" to check the firmware version on this USG FLEX 200.
ZTP mode is removed from 5.37 P1.
If the firmware version on your USG FLEX 200 is 5.37 P1 or 5.37 P2, please downgrade it to 5.37(ABUI.0). You can download this version on myZyxel.com. Then upload the firmware to "Running" partition.
After firmware downgrading, reset the device by pressing the RESET button on the front panel of the device (Do not enter any commands on SSH or console after you press RESET). Follow the steps to deploy the device via ZTP mode.
The USG FLEX 200 should be able to be online. Then login nebula and upgrade the firmware via nebula.

If your Flex 200 is not connecting to Nebula despite being connected to the internet, ensure you're using the correct Nebula account credentials, check for any firewall or security settings blocking the connection, make sure the device has the latest firmware updates, review Nebula and local network configurations, and try rebooting the Flex 200. If the issue persists, contact Nebula support for assistance, as they can provide specific guidance based on your setup.
