Opening Transmission Port on NAS362

Hi. I want my Transmission Port to be Open. These are my current setting. Please let me know how I shall change them to have it be open.

As far as I can see it should work. Maybe you have double NAT? That is the case if the WAN address of the router is a different one than whatismyip.com shows.
