LTE3302 modem issue

Hi

My LTE3302 has stopped working properly and I'm getting a "Sim not ready" error. When i check the LTE modem status page it isnt showing any details for the modem in the router.

I have tried upgrading the firmware and also downgrading the firmware and also doing a factory reset but none of this seems to work and it still shows N/A for all the modem information. Is this fixable or do I just throw it in the bin and get another mobile router? Only issue I have with the newer NR5101 range is that they dont have USB power and I was using my LTE3302 in my car as a mobile hotspot as it is one of the only ones I've found that doesnt power off if there is no activity. This is particularly useful if I'm away on holiday or with work and I can use my mobile router instead of relying on hotel wifi.

Should also add that none of the new 5G mobile routers use USB for charging unlike the LTE3302. Seems like a missed feature in the newer models.
