How to configure NTP time setting on Nebula devices?

Nebula devices rely on 0.pool.ntp.org and 1.pool.ntp.org as their NTP servers for online synchronization with the Nebula Control Center (NCC). Currently, it's not possible to change the NTP servers that the device connects to.
