NR5101 logging to local file produces no entries

Options

NR5101 with latest firmware. Enabled syslog in Maintenance → Log Setting, mode "Local File" and enabled everything under "Active Log", but I never see anything in System Monitor → Log. Tried refreshing, exporting log. It's been running like this for a few days without producing a single message, despite definitely log-worthy things like restarts and DHCP renewals with IP changes happening.
