[Nebula] How long does a firewall take to be removed from organization/site?

How long does it take that I can add firewall to a new organization/site after it is removed from organization/site?

Answer:
After a Nebula firewall is removed from organization/site, the online firewall will be reset to factory default settings. Check SYS LED on the firewall and see if factory reset is finished. You can navigate to My devices & services page in the top-right corner of Neubla page and enter the serial number or MAC address of the firewall to check if it belongs to any organization or site.

If the firewall doesn't belong to any organization or site, you can then assign it to a new organization/site.
