Why can't I access my ongoing support tickets anymore?

During the Pro Pack trial period, new Nebula users are able to create and track support tickets directly through the Nebula Control Center (NCC). However, once the Pro Pack trial expires, ticket tracking through NCC is no longer available under the Base Pack.
To continue creating and tracking support tickets, users are required to purchase a Pro Pack license. The Base Pack organization does not support ticket creation or tracking, which limits access to direct technical support through the Nebula platform.
