We are constantly striving to enhance our services and provide the best possible experience for our valued customers, and we want to let you know about some upcoming maintenance work.

On June 2nd, 2024, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. (UTC+0), we will conduct a database upgrade to improve our platform's stability and ensure a smooth transition for all our users. We have carefully scheduled this upgrade during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to your daily operations.

During this maintenance window, the myZyxel database will be unreachable, leading to the following impacts:

Please rest assured that your device will continue to provide Internet service and will not be affected by this maintenance.

  1. The daily operation of both standalone devices and those managed by Nebula CC will remain unchanged, and the clients behind these devices, including their Internet access, will not be impacted.
  2. During this maintenance window, myZyxel.com will be temporarily inaccessible, and you will be unable to login to services related to your Zyxel account, including sign-in processes for Nebula, Zyxel Store, Circle, Marketplace, Astra, SecuReporter, Community, Education Center, CNC, Zyxel Support Campus, and Zyxel Partner Portal.
  3. Registering new devices or licenses also won't be possible during this maintenance window.
