Why Cloud Authentication User cannot be deleted?

In Nebula Control Center (NCC), managing Cloud Authentication settings can sometimes be confusing due to differences at the organization and site levels. This guide clarifies how to manage Cloud Authentication users created at different levels within the NCC.

Correct Method to Remove Cloud Auth Users:

  • To remove a Cloud Authentication user that was added at the organization level, you must navigate back to Organization-wide > Organization-wide Manage > Cloud Authentication.

The Remove Users button will be greyed out when accessing the Cloud authentication page via Site-wide.
