Question

I would like to receive firewall alert event logs. How do I configure alert emails on the USG FLEH series?

Answer

Alert mail cannot be set on the device end. However, we can configure alert mail in Nebula.

Navigate to Site-wide > Configure > Alert settings > Security alerts.

To enable notification, select Email as the notification mode. Then, specify the Email subject and description. Additionally, select the notification interval if events are triggered and choose the severity level for email information.

We can also define alert criteria in event threshold.
