How to remove device from portal.myzyxel.com?

Greetings,
I gave my USG20W-VPN firewall to another person.
I would like to transfer the license to the latter so that the new owner can register and monitor this firewall.
I no longer have to be "the owner" so I don't have to have any kind of control and responsibility over this product.

How can I do?

If you have passed the device to the new owner, you can ask them to re-register the device from their end. Here is an article that guides you through the process of re-registering your device through the web GUI:

The license registered to the device will automatically transfer to the new owner's account.

If you still require assistance in removing the device from your myZyxel account, please provide us with your email, device MAC Address, and S/N through a private message.
