NR5101 - IP Passthrough Mode disabled

Hi @GiuseppeR ,
At the time of this writing, the specifications for the indoor mobile router, including the NR5101, are as follows:
- When IP passthrough mode is enabled, the Ethernet WAN tab disappears.
- Similarly, when Ethernet WAN (port LAN1 becomes the WAN port) is enabled, the IP passthrough mode tab disappears. It means if you use the Ethernet WAN, the NR5101 will be in Router mode.

To enable IP passthrough mode on the NR5101, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Broadband > Cellular > IP Passthrough Mode.
- Click the button to enable the feature.
- Choose the passthrough mode that best suits your needs.

It seems there's a configuration issue causing the Cellular IP Passthrough tab to disappear from your GUI. Please reset the NR5101 and check if the issue is resolved.
Additionally, ensure that your NR5101 is upgraded to the latest firmware version, 1.16(ACCG.0)C0

NR5101 has the latest firmware, but I cannot reset it because it is working on the field: I would loose its connectivity and I cannot go to that Company to fix that manually.
Is there something else that I could check?

If your NR5101 is managed by Nebula, you can configure your mobile router remotely to reset the device. Please refer to this article to learn how to configure your mobile router remotely.

To reset your device locally, follow this path: GUI > Maintenance > Backup & Restore > Reset

I see how to reset remotely.
I read there that also the subnet will be reset and the password too.
Consider the fact that I have only Nebula to reach it, if I reset it remotely will NR5101 keep in touch with Nebula?
Will it get back the same password of the site where it is just adopted to enter again its settings?

The NR5101 can still be managed by Nebula after a reset. Please wait 3 to 5 minutes (based on your network environment) for Nebula to push the configuration to the NR5101, so you can then use the Nebula site's password to log in to the NR5101.

it works, resetting it let you manage it anyway remotely. Thanks a lot.
As you can see now I see that option:
I don't see "Ethernet WAN" like in your GUI. Is it regional related?
