In our latest update, we have refined the management operations for the USG FLEX H Series firewall. These changes are aimed at streamlining processes and centralizing management within the Nebula Control Center (NCC). Here’s what you need to know about these important updates:

Centralized Management in Nebula Control Center

Registration and License Management

Starting now, all management operations for the USG FLEX H Series firewall, including device registration, license registration, transfer, and assignment, must be conducted through the Nebula Control Center (NCC). The MyZyxel platform will no longer support these functions for the USG FLEX H Series devices. MyZyxel will continue to monitor the status of your USG FELX H Series devices and their licenses but will not facilitate any registration or activation processes.

• USG FLEX H Series Devices: All registration and license management are done through NCC.
• Non- USG FLEX H Series Devices: MyZyxel continues to support registration and license management.
