After purchasing a Zyxel license, the key should be delivered to your device or email immediately. Payments made through S.E.P.A. or wire transfer may take longer, typically three to five business days.

Steps for Different Payment Methods

  1. Immediate Payment Confirmation:
    • If you paid using an immediate method, you should receive the license right away.
  2. S.E.P.A. and Wire Transfer:
    • Payments via these methods require three to five business days for processing.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive the License

  1. Submit a Ticket:
  2. Required Information:
    • For verification, include the following details in your ticket:
      • Order ID
      • MAC/SN of the Device
      • Name and Amount of Purchased Item
      • Screenshot (Nice to have)
