What does the Green enable lock icon mean on AP radio settings dialog on Nebula?

On Nebula >> Configure >> Access points >> Radio settings page, if you have ever manually fixed any specific configuration for managed APs from the bottom AP list entry, the Green enable lock icon indicates the settings have been overridden that are different from global radio settings.
