Why my Wi-Fi 6E AP cannot broadcast 6GHz Wi-Fi?

Please check if your model is the Nebula BandFlex model, which means the 5GHz and 6GHz cannot work at the same time.

BandFlex Model: NWA220AX-6E, WAX620D-6E

If your model is the BandFlex model, please further check:

Nebula >> Configure >> Access points >> Radio settings page, scroll down the bottom

AP list, and tap the BandFlex tab, tap your BandFlex AP, and check if the AP Band is configured with 6GHz.
