Why the Device Registration Status shows "Incomplete"?

Question :
When the user navigates to the GUI path: Licensing > Licenses, they may notice the Device Registration Status shows "Incomplete." Why?
Answer :
"Incomplete" means the device is currently checking its Nebula organization and site status with Nebula. If it doesn't receive a response from Nebula, the registration status will show as "Incomplete". You can wait for a few seconds, and it will show "Registered."
