what IP and service port we need to bypass if my nebula device is behind a firewall.

Answer
Navigate to the Help page and scroll down to the firewall information. We can refer to this table to configure the uplink firewall to for the Zyxel Nebula Control Center.

If your Nebula device is offline, you may check if the uplink firewall has any blocked logs for those IP, and FQDN.
