The "Can't find device" message when adding a new AP to Nebula is typically caused by a typing error, such as:

  1. Entering an incorrect MAC address
  2. Entering an incorrect serial number

Please ensure the MAC address and serial number match those on the sticker label affixed to your device.

If the issue persists after verifying the information, please contact local support for further assistance.

Alternatively, you can try using the AP’s QR code with the Nebula Mobile App to add the device to Nebula.
