The Internet Missing default gateway setting log indicates that your device is having trouble reaching the gateway, which in turn affects its ability to communicate with the Nebula cloud platform.
To fix this, please ensure that your uplink network device or ISP allows access to the following:
- d.nebula.zyxel.com: Ports 4443 and 6667
- *.nebula.zyxel.com: Port 443
Refer to the detailed instructions in the Nebula Help > Firewall Information section for more guidance.
Additional Steps:
- Make sure that your firewall rules are configured correctly on any intermediary network devices.
- If you are using a mobile router, consult your ISP to ensure they are not blocking the necessary traffic. The ISP should allow packets with an MTU size of 1500 to the specified domains and ports.
- If issues persist, use tools such as
nslookup
andtraceroute
on a device connected to the router to diagnose the problem.
