How to do if no IP address is given to the AP?

- Ensure the network cable is connected to the correct port. Make sure the network cable is plugged into the Uplink port on the AP, not the LAN port.
- Confirm the AP's internet connectivity. Connecting the cable to your laptop to see if it can get IP and access internet.
- Verify that the AP is not in a boot loop. Check the LED status to see if the AP is restarting continuously. Check the WiFi list on your laptop. If the SSID appears and then disappears, it could indicate the AP is boot up.
